In this pandemic season we are aware that creation ‘groans’ for creation too is in bondage due to our carelessness and misuse of the earth.  The great 20^th century Jewish prophet, Abraham Joshua Heschel wrote:  “Acceptance is appreciation, and the high value of appreciation is such that to appreciate appreciation seems to be the fundamental prerequisite for survival. Humanity will not die for lack of information; it may perish for lack of appreciation.”
