Movie:                     Macbeth: A Tragedy

This week we look at the stories of two power couples: the Macbeths, and King Ahab & Queen Jezebel of Israel.  Both are stories of power corrupting its abusers.  But in the Biblical story there is a difference – ‘the word of the Lord came to Elijah.’  The prophet dares to speak truth to power.  God sees the oppressed and God cares!   (Psalm 10.13-14).  Join us for worship in song, story, word and prayer.
